Terms and Conditions for Group Virtual Exhibitions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the ArtisticHub platform for organizing group virtual exhibitions. By applying for and participating in a group exhibition on our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to artists of all nationalities, regardless of experience level.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old or have signed consent from a parent/guardian if under 18.

  • We do not accept artworks created using AI technology. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Application Requirements

  • Number of Works: Artists can submit from 1 to 5 works.

  • Format: High-quality photos of the works (minimum 300 dpi) in JPG or PNG format.

  • Supporting Materials:

    • A short biography (up to 200 words).

    • Detailed description of each work (up to 100 words per work).

  • Application Reception: Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • Notification: Only artists whose works are selected for the exhibition will be notified.

  • Selectivity: We reserve the right to cancel the exhibition if we do not have enough selected works that we deem suitable for display.

  • Prohibited Content: We do not accept any offensive content based on race, religion, gender, etc.

5. Costs

  • Application is completely free. Upon acceptance, a participation fee of 10 CHF per work will be charged.

6. Award

  • The work that attracts the most attention in the exhibition (based on the number of likes and/or interactions) will grant its artist a free interview on our online portal.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Artist

  • Copyright: The artist guarantees that they are the sole author of their works and hold all copyrights to them.

  • Consent: The artist provides legal consent for the use of their works and information for promotional purposes, in accordance with copyright laws.

  • Artists are responsible for indemnifying ARTISTIC HUB against any claims or disputes from third parties regarding copyright or intellectual property rights violations.

  • Insurance: The artist is obligated to insure their artworks to cover any potential damage or loss during the exhibition.

8. Responsibilities of ArtisticHub

  • Space: ArtisticHub provides the virtual space for the exhibition.

  • Promotion: ArtisticHub promotes the exhibition through its channels.

  • Liability: ArtisticHub is not responsible for any damage or loss of artworks during the exhibition or in transit.

  • Force Majeure: ArtisticHub is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, technical issues, etc.).

  • Cancellation: ArtisticHub reserves the right to terminate or suspend the exhibition if the artist violates these terms or any applicable laws.

9. General Provisions

  • Governing Law: These terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the country in which ArtisticHub operates, Switzerland.

  • Complaints: All complaints must be submitted in writing to the email address submission@artistichubmagazine.com . ArtisticHub will review the complaints and respond within 30 days of receipt.

  • Amendments: ArtisticHub reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time. Artists will be notified of any changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. An artist who continues to use ArtisticHub’s services after the changes take effect will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
