Submission Method: Works are submitted via the online form on our website. Works must be sent exclusively via WeTransfer in high resolution.

Submission Deadline: The submission deadline is specified in the artist call. Any works submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Free Submission: Submission of works is free. A fee is charged only for selected works, in accordance with the chosen publication option.

Copyrights: By submitting works, you confirm that you are the original creator of all submitted works and that you hold all necessary rights for their distribution.

Originality Guarantee: You guarantee that the works were not created solely using AI technology and that they do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

Publication Permission: By submitting works, you grant "Artistic Hub Magazine" the non-exclusive right to publish your works in print and digital format, as well as to use these works for the promotion of the magazine.

Selection of Works: Only artists whose works have been selected will be notified via email within 5 business days from the date of submission.

Changes and Amendments: The magazine reserves the right to make changes or amendments to the works before publication, with prior consultation with the author.

Selection Decisions: "Artistic Hub Magazine" reserves the right not to explain the reasons for the selection or non-selection of works.

Publication Options: Artists can choose one of the following options:

Additional Benefits: All options include participation in a group virtual exhibition, a promotional post or story on the magazine's social media, and a free digital version of the magazine.

Cancellation of Participation: In case an artist wishes to cancel their participation after selection and acceptance of the terms, the fee is non-refundable.

Force Majeure: "Artistic Hub Magazine" does not guarantee publication in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, technical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the printing or distribution of the magazine.

Liability: Artists agree to indemnify and hold "Artistic Hub Magazine" harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the breach of these terms.

Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Switzerland, and all disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

Acceptance of Terms: By submitting works, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Use of Data: The data provided during the application will be used solely for the purposes of selection and communication regarding the print edition.

Consent to Communication: By applying, you agree to receive occasional emails with information about the status of your application and other relevant notifications from "Artistic Hub Magazine".

Digital Use: In addition to the print edition, "Artistic Hub Magazine" reserves the right to use digital reproductions of the submitted works for promotion on social media, the website, and other digital platforms.

Promotional Activities: Your works may be used in promotional materials without additional compensation or obligation to the artist.

Accuracy of Information: Artists are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide regarding their works. "Artistic Hub Magazine" is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the data provided by the artists.

Reproduction Quality: "Artistic Hub Magazine" will strive to reproduce the works as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee absolute color and detail accuracy due to printing limitations.

Changes to Terms: "Artistic Hub Magazine" reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Artists will be notified of any changes via email or by posting on the magazine's website.
